Quote-to-Invoice & Order Workflow Automation. From “send a quote” to “invoice sent.” Connected.
Stop rebuilding an order at every stage. I connect the quote, approval, payment, fulfillment and invoicing steps around one working record, with your team approving the decisions that need a person.

02 / The details that matter
Connect the stages people keep rebuilding.
Use one working order
A quote, accepted order and invoice share information, but they are not the same record. The workflow defines what carries forward, what can change and which stage needs approval. Your team can see where the order stands and who owns the next action.
This removes the need to reconstruct the order from a quote document, an email thread and a payment spreadsheet at every handoff.
Keep pricing and payment rules explicit
Quote preparation can follow agreed product, customer or pricing rules. Exceptions should reach the person who can make the decision. The same principle applies to matching payments: an unclear payment is not silently attached to the wrong order.
We identify the evidence used for payment status and the conditions required before fulfillment or invoicing proceeds.
Let completion reach the customer
Fulfillment updates can prepare the customer message, tracking reference and invoice handoff together. Staff should not need to assemble the final email from multiple systems if the order already holds the relevant information.
Brador Fabrics is the existing example: a custom CRM connects Shopify intake, one-click quotes, payment logging, Sage 50 and the invoice-and-tracking handoff.

Email, payment evidence, fulfillment and accounting routes depend on your systems. Integrations, approval boundaries and error handling are verified in scope. This is a custom workflow service, not a preconfigured payment or invoicing product.
03 / What the build is for
Less rebuilding. More forward motion.
01
Less order reconstruction
Reuse the information that has already been reviewed at the previous stage.
02
Clearer ownership
Give each handoff a trigger, a responsible person and a visible outcome.
03
A complete closing handoff
Bring invoice, tracking and accounting context together around the order.
Shaped around your process.
The build starts with one representative order and maps each stage through to invoicing. Pricing, approvals, payment matching, fulfillment updates and accounting integration are scoped to your tools and rules.
Draft preparation can be automated using the inputs and pricing rules you approve. Exceptions and any required approval remain with the responsible person.
Can the team send a quote without opening email?
That is the pattern used in the Brador Fabrics project. A new implementation depends on the chosen communication route and the review steps your business needs.
Can payments update the order status?
A scoped workflow can use the agreed payment source and matching rules. Unclear or unmatched payments become review tasks rather than assumed confirmations.
Can invoice and tracking be sent together?
Yes, when the order, invoice and fulfillment references are available through the supported systems. The exact trigger and communication are agreed with your team.
Can this connect to Sage 50?
A Sage handoff can be assessed for your country, edition and record type. The existing Brador workflow includes Sage 50, but the route is verified for each new project.
