Trucking TMS, Dispatch & Load Workflow Automation. Every load. One connected journey.
Connect the work from a rate confirmation to the invoice. I build trucking workflows that keep loads, trucks, drivers, documents and billing together, with routine handoffs automated and operational exceptions brought to the team.

A connected TMS workflow
A load should carry its documents and next steps with it, all the way to the invoice.

02 / The details that matter
A TMS around the full handoff.
Keep intake tied to its source
Loads may arrive through emails, tenders, portals or structured feeds. We define the supported sources and which fields become a load draft. The source stays attached so dispatch can resolve unclear dates, addresses or rate details.
The existing HaulerKing project includes automated load acquisition and scoring. For a new carrier, coverage and rules are scoped around the systems and lanes they actually use.
Make automation follow operating rules
An action can be automated only when the relevant conditions are explicit and supported. Booking thresholds, equipment requirements and approval paths need definitions. Mid-confidence or unusual situations should reach a person with the context attached.
Routing, driver hours, safety and compliance decisions require appropriate operational oversight. The software supports the work; it does not make an unverified safety promise.
Bring documents into the cash flow
A delivery event, a proof of delivery and an invoice are connected steps. The workflow can attach documents to the right load, identify missing items and prepare billing once the agreed requirements are met.
Accounting, factoring and collections handoffs are assessed separately, with error handling and ownership for overdue or disputed records.

Load boards, ELD, GPS, customer portals and accounting systems have different access and integration requirements. Each connection is verified. No universal connector, guaranteed booking or autonomous safety decision is implied.
03 / What the build is for
Less rebuilding. More forward motion.
01
Fewer disconnected records
Keep the load, documents, customer and billing context together.
02
A visible exception queue
Put missing evidence, late risks and unusual handoffs where the team can respond.
03
A clearer path to billing
Connect the proof of delivery and invoice requirements to the same load.
Shaped around your process.
We map intake, dispatch, tracking, documents and billing before choosing the first automation slice. Carrier rules, integrations, approvals and support expectations are explicit parts of the project.
Yes. The HaulerKing case study shows a system covering loads, dispatch, documents and billing. A new project is scoped around the carrier’s operating model and integrations.
Can rate confirmations become loads automatically?
A scoped intake workflow can extract fields and prepare a load, with uncertain information flagged for review. Document layouts and source coverage are tested with representative samples.
Can the system book loads without a dispatcher?
Rule-based booking may be assessed where the source supports it and the carrier defines clear conditions. Exceptions and actions requiring judgment remain with the team.
Can driver documents trigger invoices?
They can feed an agreed billing workflow. We define which documents and checks are required before a billing draft or invoice handoff is created.
Can we start with documents and billing only?
Yes. A focused build can solve one part of the journey without replacing the whole TMS, provided the necessary load references and system access are available.
